Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, and ApplePay.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to assist you.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location if out of the United States. We are also charging additional for Alaska and Hawaii.  

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method. Next day shipping is available for an additional cost.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard shipping is $6.95 for the entire purchase, or if your order is over $100 you will receive shipping for free.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window for unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Custom pieces are non-returnable. If your jewelry is defective, please reach out to Herd of Courage and we will help you resolve the defect. 

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Contact our customer support (herdofcouragejewelry@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

4. Product Information

Q: Are your materials hypoallergenic?
A: Yes, most of our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic materials like sterling silver, stainless steel, or gold vermeil.

Q: Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
A: Yes! You can personalize select pieces with initials, names, or birthstones. Herd of Courage will also work directly with the guest and jewelry artist to create a custom piece for your jewelry collection. Please contact us at: herdofcouragejewelry@gmail.com

Q. Do you create gift baskets?
A: Yes! Please reach out to herdofcouragejewelry@gmail.com to work with us on creating your personalized gift basket. 

Q: Do you offer bulk orders?
A: Yes!  Please reach out to herdofcouragejewelry@gmail.com to work with us on creating your bulk order. 

Q: Do you partner with nonprofits? 
A: Yes, a portion of our profits will go to nonprofits who support breast cancer patients and survivors with living and medical expenses. 

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
A: Store in a dry place, avoid moisture and chemicals, and clean with a soft cloth. Sterling silver will tarnish unless it is cleaned regularly with a polishing cloth.

5. Sizing & Fit

Q: What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
A: Please email herdofcouragejewelry@gmail.com and we will work with you on a plan to create the best size for you if the piece you ordered can be fitted. Some pieces are not able to be altered.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account helps track your orders and access special offers.
